Not only does the hat stand out from the rest of the picture through the bold colours, I noticed that the back ground is a little blurred. This creates another effect, but keeps the hat the center of attention.
The subject of this piece of photography, being the hat is well focused and you can see the detail of what looks like specs of rain.
Overall, the contrasting is fantastic, the colours you kept are bold and eye catching. More so I love the idea of the background being blurred a little. I know to achieve this type of photography you need to have image editing software, but you can clearly see originality and great use of the camera.
